TIGER CRY YEARBOOK HONORED
The Dripping Springs High School 2019 Tiger Cry yearbook recently received another honor to its recognition list. The American Scholastic Press Association has awarded the Tiger Cry a "First Place" designation. Approximately 150 publications receive this honor of all books submitted from public, private and charter schools across the nation and Canada, including nine others from the state of Texas. In addition to the point scores and awards, schools are provided with a written review with suggestions, hints for improvement, and encouragement for student staff and editors. The panel of judges consists of educators and faculty advisers for scholastic publications. Previously this fall the 2019 yearbook was awarded a Gold Medal by the Columbia Scholastic Press Association (CSPA) and received All-Columbia honors in all three scored areas of the yearbook. Jessica Stamp is the DSHS faculty advisor.
RECONOCIMIENTOS PARA EL ANUARIO DE LA PREPARATORIA TIGER CRY
El anuario de la preparatoria Dripping Springs High School, Tiger Cry 2019, recientemente añadió un honor más en su lista de reconocimientos. La asociación American Scholastic Press Association ha designado "primer lugar" al anuario Tiger Cry. Aproximadamente 150 publicaciones reciben este honor entre los anuarios enviados por escuelas públicas, privadas y chárter de todo el paÃs y Canadá, incluyendo nueve del estado de Texas. Además de los puntajes y premios, las escuelas reciben una revisión escrita con sugerencias para mejorar y animar al personal y los editores de los alumnos. El panel de jueces está formado por educadores y asesores de facultad especializados en publicaciones escolares.
El otoño anterior, este anuario 2019 recibió una Medalla de Oro de la asociación Columbia Scholastic Press Association (CSPA) y recibió honores All-Columbia en las tres áreas calificadas del anuario. Jessica Stamp es la asesora de la facultad de DSHS.
