HOSA STUDENTS COMPETE AT STATE

Four Dripping Springs High School students qualified for and competed

at the state HOSA (Future Health Professionals) state competition April 14 and three received honors.

Emily Argento Bird qualified to compete at the International level in the Outstanding HOSA Chapter Event; she also received a $1500 scholarship. Elaina Erickson and Zach Young both were recognized with the Barbara James Service Award for their volunteer hours. Also competing at the state event was Jason Schultz in Pathophysiology.

ESTUDIANTES DE HOSA COMPITEN EN LA ESTATAL

Cuatro alumnos de Dripping Springs High School calificaron y compitieron en el concurso estatal HOSA (profesionales del futuro) el 14 de abril y tres de ellos recibieron honores.

Emily Argento Bird calificó para competir a nivel internacional en el evento Outstanding HOSA Chapter Event; ella además recibió una beca de $1500. Elaina Erickson y Zach Young fueron otorgados el premio Barbara James Service Award por sus horas como voluntarios. Jason Schultz también compitió en el evento en patofisiología.
